Ebay Question. Sold a Coach purse but the buyer has no regrets - expressing not authentic. What to do?
I sold a purse car recently on Ebay. I think it is authentic but the buyer is saying that is not due to the details. The photos were very precise and correct measurements. Every detail was included but is a vintage item. I have no idea how to prove that there is a fake. Anyway, if you decide to leave negative, which is not the issue. I can deal. How do we learn that it was in fact not authentic? I think that would have the burden of proof and must demonstrate this, is that correct? I would not be a bad seller, but the buyer is, of course, buyer's remorse. It makes clear that this is a non-returnable material. Any suggestions? The buyer asks me to take the photos to a Coach store, get confirmation that it is authentic and to send them. A store can not see from photos, right?
because you said it was not returnable and you think the item to be authentic ... I would not worry. Pictures taken at a shop is bs. I can buy on eBay all the time. Just had some problems with vendors, Ebay seems to side with the seller. Buyer probably got in trouble with your S / O for shopping ... They offer and won, will send the item. Must be greater. Once you leave comments, you can access it and leave your response.
