i bought a gift online but it came in a zip lock bag, what do i do?

A family friend that im not that close to recently got pregnant and i am seeing her tomorrow. As a little gift i bought two belly bands (belly warmer style thing that goes around the waist), brand new, etc. However they arrived nicely folded in two separate zip-lock bags. How do i present these to her without giving the impression of them being second hand? There are no tags on them either. Help! Im seeing her tomorrow and cant get anything else because of the easter long-weekend, everywheres shut.
if i put it in a gift-box or wrap it, as the first answerer stated, would i leave it in the zip lock bag?
we have a winner! the 3rd answer gave me the best idea. i made one big on bon! first i rolled the belly bands into a ball and wrapped a thin white ribbon around it. the i wrap it all up into a bon bon with thick brown paper and put a big orange sheer-organza bow around it. THE PACKAGE LOOKS WAY BETTER THAN THE GIFT ITSELF. i hope she isnt disappointed haha

Re wrap the articles in a humorous fashion, eg. A little box inside a bigger box inside a bigger box, etc.
Or two big colourful bon bons?

She won't even notice no tags if the wrapping is nice!
