Alcohol stained my coach bag!!?
Hi 
My bag had a pen stain and I wanted to remove it, and I thought alcohol would be the only thing that would take it off.
I grabbed a swab, put alcohol on it and started scrubbing on the stained surface. the material was
gunmetal. (the silver surface on the picture)

Now the silver color removed where I applied the alcohol and there's a darker grey tone.
you can see it from distance! it's AWFUL
What can I do to fix it?
I LIVE IN LATIN AMERICA.
I BOUGHT THE BAG 3 YEARS AGO IN USA.
THERE'S NO COACH STORE ON MY COUNTRY.
My Coach bag was looking raggedy and my husband sent it in to Coach and they fixed it all up. I looked on their site to see if they still do that - but could only find a contact info page: http://www.coach.com/online/handbags/ContactUsView?storeId=10551&catalogId=10051. They have a toll free number - why don't you try contacting them?
